Shipping Details

Here at BoobBaby we pride ourselves on great customer service, this is why we will try and dispatch orders received by 1pm, the same day (Monday to Friday only, 11 am if being sent by courier) using either Royal Mail or our Courier. 

General Notes

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We are not able to dispatch orders on Bank Holidays. Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.  

Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands)

Orders dispatched via our standard delivery service should take between 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. Heavy or more valuable items (generally £40 plus) are usually dispatched via courier, which will then be delivered the next working day (although on behalf of our courier we cannot guarantee this). Please Note that all items dispatched via courier will need to be signed for, and if your order cannot be delivered you will be charged for re-delivery.

If you have a smaller item that you need to be delivered the next working day, please select our Express Delivery service at the checkout. There is a charge of £7.00 for Express Delivery for UK Mainland orders and orders are usually sent out via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.25. Orders over £75 have free delivery.

Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly)

Orders are usually delivered via Royal Mail and we will try where-ever possible to charge the standard delivery rates quoted above. However, please note that in some instances (particulalry where the item is worth over £40 or weighs more than 2kg) an additional charge may be incurred. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you before we dispatch. We do offer an Express delivery service for our Scottish Highlands and UK offshore customers, this is charged at £10. Please note that Express Delivery in this instance can only be used for orders weighing under 2kg.

European Delivery

We do offer delivery to countries within the European Union (EU). However, as such deliveries can vary widely in terms of their cost depending on the size and weight of the products ordered, we like to provide our European customers with a delivery quote prior to them ordering. If you would like us to deliver your order to an EU country, please email us with your order details and we would be happy to provide you with a delivery cost. We can then set up the website to accept your order (ordinarily, the website is only set up to accept orders to UK addresses). 

Delivery arrangements for Baby BuBu Breastfeeding Covers and Ponchos and for Thrupenny Bits Breastfeeding Cushions.

Baby BuBu

We do keep stock of Baby BuBu Classic Colours Breastfeeding Covers and Ponchos, which will be dispatched as above. However, Baby BuBu Classic Print Covers are dispatched directly from Baby BuBu. Baby BuBu aim to dispatch within 3 business days via Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer our Express Delivery service for Baby BuBu Classic Print Covers.

Thrupenny Bits

Thrupenny Bits Breastfeeding Cushions are dispatched directly from Thurpenny Bits. Please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery, which will be made by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (a signature will be required). Unfortunately we cannot offer our Express Delivery service for Thrupenny Bits items.
