Here at BoobBaby we pride ourselves on great customer service, this is why we will usually dispatch orders received by 1pm, the same day (Monday to Friday only, 11 am if being sent by courier) using either Royal Mail or our Courier.
General Notes
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We are not able to dispatch orders on Bank Holidays. Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands)
For our standard delivery service we use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. With this service, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Customers do have the option to upgrade this service our Express Delivery service (next working day). In addition, for orders placed on a Friday, there is the option to upgrade to guaranteed Saturday delivery (please see notes below).
Orders that weigh in excess of 2kg are usually dispatched via our courier at no extra charge to you. You will be notified by email if your order is to be delivered by courier. Please Note that all items dispatched via courier will need to be signed for, and if your order cannot be delivered you will be charged for re-delivery.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £3.25
Express Delivery (next working day): £7.50
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (orders under 2kg only - see below): £12.00
Special Notes on Express Delivery and Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
If your order is needed quickly, please select our Express Delivery service at the checkout. Your order will then be delivered the next working day (if the order is received before 1pm). There is a charge of £7.50 for Express Delivery for UK Mainland orders and orders are usually sent out via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service or via next day courier.
If using our Express Delivery Service for an order placed on a Friday, it will be guaranteed to be delivered to you on the following Monday. Some orders dispatched via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service do get delivered on the Saturday however this is not guaranteed. For guaranteed Saturday Delivery please select this option at the checkout. There is a charge of £12 for this service. Please note that this service can only be used for orders which weigh less than 2kg. If you select this option and your order weighs in excess of 2kg, we will contact you as soon as possible with further options (please note that the double Calypso pump bundle weighs in excess of 2kg).
**Please note** If your order is received after 1pm on a Friday, your order will not usually be dispatched until the following Monday.
Scottish Highlands and UK Offshore (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly)
Orders are usually delivered via Royal Mail and we will try where-ever possible to charge the standard delivery rates quoted above. However, please note that in some instances (particulalry where the item is worth over £40 or weighs more than 2kg) an additional charge may be incurred. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you before we dispatch. We do offer an Express delivery service for our Scottish Highlands and UK offshore customers, this is charged at £10. Please note that Express Delivery in this instance can only be used for orders weighing under 2kg.
European Delivery
We do offer delivery to countries within the European Union (EU). However, as such deliveries can vary widely in terms of their cost depending on the size and weight of the products ordered, we like to provide our European customers with a delivery quote prior to them ordering. If you would like us to deliver your order to an EU country, please email us with your order details and we would be happy to provide you with a delivery cost. We can then set up the website to accept your order (ordinarily, the website is only set up to accept orders to UK addresses).
Problems with your order
Unfortunately, at times, some orders may be delayed or (very rarely) we may not be able to fulfil your order. In these instances, we will contact you via email in the first instance. As such, when you place your order, please ensure that you use an up to day and regulalry checked email address.
Delivery arrangements for Thrupenny Bits Items
Thrupenny Bits Breastfeeding Cushions are dispatched directly from Thurpenny Bits. Please allow 2 – 5 days for delivery, which will be made by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (a signature will be required). Unfortunately we cannot offer our Express Delivery service for Thrupenny Bits items.
Delivery arrangements for BelleBelly Orders
Some BelleBelly orders placed with us will be dispatched directly from BelleBelly. If this is the case with your order, you will receive an email informing you of this. Orders dispatched from BelleBelly should usually arrive within 3 working days.
