Our New Addition

Many of you will be aware that we were expecting our second baby in March. Well, we are delighted to let you know that our little boy was born on 31 March 2012 (8 days late!) weighing in at 7lb 10oz! His birth was a successful VBAC with only gas and air up until 8.5cm and then nothing!! I intend to blog about the birth as soon as I get more than 5 minutes!! He did have some problems immediately after birth as he swallowed some meconium on his way out but I'm pleased to say that he latched straight away and has been a complete boob monster since. He regained his birth weight by day 5, which we were amazed at, especially after all of the problems I had with breastfeeding when our eldest was born.
